Countdown to Next Virtual CalgaryCamp4Kids

Wondering what to do during the school break?

If your child is between 6-12 years of age, and you would like them to spend 90 minutes with other Calgary youth, we have an idea for you. We are offering virtual camps for Calgary kids the week of February 11-16 and March 26 – April 6. Your child will play minecraft, Among Us or Fortnite with other Calgary youth and an online camp leader. Our camp leaders are local young adults who have played the game, and are committed to creating a fun, kind and happy online experience. Camp leaders will also ensure no private information including addresses and phone numbers are shared online during the class time.

You will need

  • A device so your child can see the others in the class, and the camp leader via zoom (laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone)
  • A gaming computer
  • Headset and microphone are optional

Class size will be 4-8 youth and the camp leader.

Children opting for Minecraft will build just like they do with lego, but the virtual experience enables them to be with other youth during this time of social distancing.
